Prices

 

All prices are in GBP (£ stirling) and include utility bills, bed linen, towels and wood for burning in winter. A £100 damage deposit is payable and will be returned to you as soon as the inventory has been checked on your departure and you have returned all the keys. Deductions from your deposit will be made for any damage, breakages, burns or missing items. We do ask that used towels and bed linen be stripped from used beds and left in a pile in the hallway for washing when you leave.

 

The whole property is available to rent and parts of it may not be separately rented. The minimum rental period is seven days i.e. one week. It is cheaper if you wish to rent for longer periods.

 

The following prices are for the property regardless of numbers. The number of people you share this cost with is up to you.

  • £250 for one week
  • £450 for two weeks
  • £650 for three weeks
  • £750 for four weeks
  • £40 per day for odd extra days to your rental weeks

In the Autumn/Winter season the pool will not be available, but remember that the fuel is included! This could work out as a great hideaway for Christmas or for a family gathering and it's cheaper than staying in the UK!

 

If you are staying for more than a week and wish to pay for a daily or weekly cleaner please let us know and we will make arrangements with people we know in the village.

 

Reservation and Payment

  • A Booking Deposit is required: 50% of the total rental price
  • The Balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date
  • A Damage Deposit is required: £100 (payable on arrival and collection of keys)

Payment methods: By PayPal (accepts all major credit and debit cards - no PayPal account required), cheque, bank transfer or cash if you can visit us in London, UK.

 

Please Note:

  • Do not make any payment or reservation for airplane tickets before receiving a confirmation of the availability of the property for your stay
  • Check-in at any time on the arrival date from 8:00am local time
  • Check-out time on the departure date is by 6pm local time

Cancellation Fees

A full refund minus £50 administrative costs will be made if you cancel up to four weeks before your arrival date. 50% will be refunded two weeks prior to your arrival. Any later cancellation and no more than 25% of your payment will be refunded.
